1. Service Agreement

Flowwow ("Company") provides flower delivery services in Chemnitz, Germany. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Orders are binding contracts subject to availability and delivery address verification.

2. Order & Acceptance

• All orders must include accurate delivery address and recipient information
• Orders are confirmed via email notification
• The Company reserves the right to decline orders violating these terms

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable
• Delivery fees apply based on location and delivery speed
• Payment must be completed before order processing
• The Company accepts card payments and digital payment methods

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM on business days
• The Company is not liable for delays due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address information

5. Product Quality

All flowers are fresh and handled with care. Natural variations in color, size, and bloom stage are normal. Substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability. Quality complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the order amount paid. Recipients assume responsibility for flower care after delivery.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect only necessary information for order fulfillment and delivery. Data is not shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders may be modified up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery
• Cancellations are refundable if requested 24 hours in advance
• Delivery fees are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Competent courts in Chemnitz, Germany have jurisdiction.
